Table 40 MoMA Edition
Table 40 MoMA Edition
-
When Poul Cadovius’ stylish Abstracta® System saw the light of day in 1962, it was exclusively with metal shelves. Some years later, there was a need to create more interior design expressions and other functional requirements. Thereby, shelves in wood and glass were brought into the range. In 1967, Poul Cadovius donated a special edition of Abstracta® System’s Table 40 with chrome frame to the Museum of Modern Arts (MoMA) permanent collection. To this day, the table is still part of the museum’s permanent design collection. From spring 2021, this special edition is available in a light transportable packaging.
